PB & Choclate Chip Protein Balls

These protein balls are the perfect post gym snack or if your like me and like to workout in the morning but HAVE to have something in your tummy first, these are my absolute favorite thing to grab in the morning and snack on the way to the gym. Full of protein they give you the sustained energy that you need to get through a sweat seashhh.

This super simple recipe has only 5 ingredients and only takes about 20 min to whip up :)

Ingredients: makes 40 protein balls

  • 12 medjool dates

  • 1.5 cups of GF rolled oats

  • 1 cup of PB (I like the natural one from Costco)

  • 1/4th cup of your choice of protein powder

  • 2 Tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1/4th cup of maple syrup

  • Optional- 1 cup of chocolate chips

Directions: Simply pour all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are well combined. Then roll balls into quarter sized balls and pop into fridge for 30 min

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 2 weeks!
